Job Title: Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support for Child with Additional Educational Needs)
Location: Maidenhead
Job Type: Part-Time, 30 hours per week, Term Time Only
About the Role: KiddyKare is seeking a compassionate and professional teaching assistant to join a friendly village school in Maidenhead. This position involves providing 1:1 support for a child with additional educational needs, helping them achieve their best in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to the teacher in the classroom.
  • Assist children with their educational and personal development needs.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the needs of the children and the school are met.
Requirements:
  • A good understanding of safeguarding.
  • A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
  • Ability to work well in a team and use your initiative.
  • Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous teaching assistant experience is desirable.
